2019년 겨울, 또 한번 전국을 뜨겁게 녹일 예정이다
케이윌 전국투어 콘서트 [THE K.WILL] 은
매년 전석 매진을 기록하며
‘한번쯤은 가 보고 싶은 공연’
‘1년 동안 수고한 나에게 주고 싶은 선물같은 공연’ 등
누구나 보고 싶어 하는 연말 공연으로 자리 잡았다.
2016-17 데뷔 10년차
2017-18 데뷔 10주년
2018-19 공연 10년차.
그동안 이어온 일명 ‘10’ 시리즈의 대미를 장식할 이번 공연
아직 새롭게 보여줄 것이 많은 케이윌의 숨겨진 모습을 보여줄 이번 콘서트는
2019년 12월 서울 공연을 시작으로

- 회차 당 1인 4매까지 예매 가능합니다.
- 본 공연은 8세 이상 관람가 (미취학아동 입장불가)입니다.
［티켓구매 유의사항］
- 예매처의 정식 절차를 통하지 않은 티켓 구매(개인 간의 거래)로 인한 피해와 책임은 전적으로 본인에게 있으며, 주최사, 주관사, 티켓 예매처에는 책임이 없습니다.
- 불법적인 방법을 사용하여 티켓을 예매 혹은 구매하였을 시에는 이유를 불문하고 예매 취소 및 법적 조치를 당할 수 있습니다.
- 예매 완료 후 정해진 기간 내에 입금하지 않으면 예매는 자동 취소됩니다.

[현장 판매]
- 매표소는 공연 시작 2시간 전부터 공연 시작 후 30분까지 운영됩니다. (공연장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)
- 공연 당일 잔여석이 발생할 경우 현장 판매를 실시합니다. 현장 판매 티켓 소진 시 현장 판매가 조기 종료될 수 있습니다.
- 현장 판매 티켓은 취소 및 교환이 불가하며, 티켓 분실 시 재발권은 절대 불가합니다.
[티켓 배송]
- 공연 당일 혼잡을 막기 위해 예매 초기 예약 분은 일괄 배송 방식으로 운영합니다. 배송된 티켓을 공연 일주일 전까지도 수령하지 못했을 경우 예매처의 고객센터로 반드시 사전 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 예매 전 예매처에 등록되어 있는 예매자 정보를 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
- 반송된 티켓은 공연 당일 매표소에서 현장 수령하셔야 하며 현장 수령 시 증빙서류를 지참해 오셔야 수령 가능합니다. 자세한 문의는 예매처 고객센터를 통해서 문의 부탁드립니다.
[현장 수령]
- 매표소는 공연 시작 2시간 전부터 공연 시작 후 30분까지 운영됩니다. (공연장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)
- 티켓 현장 수령 시 예매 확인증과 예매자 신분 확인이 가능한 증빙자료를 반드시 지참해주시기 바랍니다.
- 양도 및 불법으로 티켓을 구입하신 관객은 입장이 불가합니다. 이 점 유의하시어 예매 부탁드립니다.
[입장안내]
- 공연장 입장은 공연시작 1시간 전입니다. (공연장 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.)
- 1인 1매 실물 티켓을 소지하지 않으면 입장이 불가합니다.
- 티켓 미소지자는 공연장으로 입장하실 수 없습니다.
- 좌석 간의 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에서 관람해주시기 바랍니다.
[공연 관람 시 유의사항]
- 공연 중 사전 협의되지 않은 사진 및 동영상 촬영, 녹음, 녹취는 절대 불가합니다. 적발 시 진행요원의 제재 및 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.
- 좌석 간의 자리 이동은 불가합니다. 반드시 예매하신 좌석에서 관람해주시기 바랍니다.
- 병, 캔, 폭죽, 레이저, 플래시 등 위험 물질과 뚜껑이 있는 식수를 제외한 음료와 음식들은 반입이 금지됩니다.
- 공연장 내에서는 금연, 금주입니다. 적발 시 퇴장 조치를 받을 수 있습니다.
- 진행요원의 안내에 따라 질서를 지키며 앞서가는 공연문화를 보여주시기 바랍니다.
- 가급적 짐을 가볍게 하고 오시고, 공연장 내 분실물에 대한 책임은 본인에게 있으니 귀중품은 소지하지 않길 바랍니다.
- 공연 당일 극심한 교통 혼잡이 예상되오니 대중교통 이용을 적극 권장해드립니다. 교통상황이나 주차 등의 문제로 입장을 못하였을 시 티켓의 변경 및 환불은 불가합니다.

- 장애인 할인 1~3급 : 본인 포함 동반 1인 20% 할인

The organizers and the ticket seller are not responsible for any damages that may occur when purchasing tickets illegally (i.e., transactions that occur between individuals).
-Those who purchased tickets illegally for whatever reason may be voided and taken legal action.
-If payment is not made within the set period after a ticket reservation has been completed, the ticket reservation will automatically be cancelled.
-Ticket changes / cancellations / refunds will follow the rules established by booking site. Changes or cancellations of tickets are not allowed on the day of the performance.
- Lost or damaged tickets will not be re-issued, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.

[On-site Ticket Sales]
- Ticket Box will be opened 2 hours prior to the show and closed 30 minutes after the beginning of the show. (It may change due to the condition of the venue)
- If there are available seats on the day of the performance, we will sell tickets at the venue. The ticket office might be closed earlier than expected depending on the ticket sales on the day.
- No cancellation or exchange of on-site tickets. No replacement for lost tickets.
[Ticket Delivery]
- For those who book a ticket earlier than others, it will be delivered at the same time as all the others in order to prevent congestion on the day of the performance.
- If you have not received your ticket by a week before the performance, be sure to contact the customer service center of booking site.
- Before making a reservation, please check the information of the purchaser signed up on the booking site.
- If your ticket has been returned, you have to pick it up at the venue on the day of the performance. Remember to show proper documentation. For further inquiries, contact the customer service center of booking site.

[Entrance]
- You can enter the concert hall one hour before the show. (This time may be changed without notice)
- Each person needs a ticket to enter the concert hall.
- You cannot enter the concert hall without a ticket and re-enter is prohibited.
- Please be sure to check the seat number in the ticket and be seated in the right seat.
[Please be advised that during the show]
- Absolutely no photography or video recording during the event. Those who violate this rule will be ejected without further warning.
- No changing seats allowed. Please remain in your seats.
- Dangerous materials such as glass bottles, cans, firecrackers, laser-pointers, and flash lights, as well as food/beverages are not permitted inside, except bottled water with a proper cap.
- No smoking and no drinking inside. Those who violate these rules will be ejected.
- Please follow the guidance of the attendants at all times.
- The premises will be very crowded, so please don't carry large bags or precious items. We will not be held responsible for any lost items.
- Due to congestion in the parking lot and heavy traffic on the day of the performance, we recommend that customers use public transportation. No cancellation or refund of tickets due to traffic conditions or parking problems.
- We ask for your help in making the performance an enjoyable one.
[Special discounts for the disabled and men of national merit]
